It was a very busy, beautifully damp weekend!!! Here are some pictures from the kids trip to the farm...The camel really wanted to lick Amalie's boots!

A visit from cousin Kelly. (Kelly, Jackie and Amalie) I haven't seen her since Amalie was a newborn baby...Amalie reminds me of her when she was little...


It was a beautiful breezy afternoon. We visited with Kelly, my cousin from Cali...and her mother and sister. We sat out on the lawn, listened to Amalie's poems, played with the pups, followed after little Mike...Jackie painted her toenails and then did Amalie's. As the day wore on we were joined by Uncle John and Aunt Lois, had barbeque and listened to Kelly and Uncle John play the banjos together. We were joined by many friends and family members as the afternoon turned to evening. It was a really special day.

We went on a beautiful walk today. Amalie rode her bike until she spotted the dandelions...then she began the gathering...Michael enjoyed the ride and the sunshine...

It was wonderful to be outside!
